We base that on the number of people and nature of event. Different speakers have different capacities and as an experienced technical company we are able to guide on needs.

As early as you can. There are events we are booked a year in advance and there are those we get a booking within the week. It depends on our availability. It is always safe to do it early as we do not over book so as not to compromise on quality of service.

It depends on the nature of the event. How big is the set up? Are they planning to do a rehearsal at the venue e.g. an award ceremony or launch where may need a rehearsal a day before? What time is the event e.g. a very early morning event with a small set up may need a set up the previous day?
