Westcon – Comstor Africa Koroga Party

Westcon Africa and Comstor Africa contracted us to design and run a Koroga party as a team building event for their staff. These two companies operate jointly in the same office.

Our first agenda was to design an e-flyer to be shared by the HR manager to employees via email to save the date for the Koroga.

The venue of the event was an empty office within The Mirage building along Waiyaki Way that also houses Westcon and Comstor offices in Nairobi. We were charged with transforming the space to create a party ambience. We did this mainly by using ambient lighting, elegantly dressed cocktail tables and a cool bar set up.

A key highlight is that we named the different cocktails according to departments within the organization to make it funky. The cocktail names and details of content of each cocktail were listed on Table Tent Cards placed on the tables to make it easy for the guests to know what they will take.

We also provided a P A System for speeches from management and a Dj for entertainment of the night. The staff had a good time in terms of good music, food and drinks, and we look forward to working with them again in 2017 for another Koroga party.
