  • Yes we do. We factor distance to calculate transport and accommodation in pricing. For locations that are require more than a day of traveling, we factor in a small premium on the service as well.

  • To create the perfect ambience, we need to visit you site to advice how many lights you may need and what options of lights are available. For a tent, we may need the tent dimensions

  • We base that on the number of people and nature of event. Different speakers have different capacities and as an experienced technical company we are able to guide on needs.

  • As early as you can. There are events we are booked a year in advance and there are those we get a booking within the week. It depends on our availability. It is always safe to do it early as we do not over book so as not to compromise on quality of service.

  • It depends on the nature of the event. How big is the set up? Are they planning to do a rehearsal at the venue e.g. an award ceremony or launch where may need a rehearsal a day before? What time is the event e.g. a very early morning event with a small set up may need a set up the previous day?
